From the 2016-2017 academic year, the Aktobe Humanitarian College introduces dual education in the specialties 0101000 "Pre-school education and training" and 0401000 "Librarianship" in groups accepted for public order by the college. On specialty 0101000 “Preschool education and training”, the social center “Balagai” LLP LLP, which unites the preschool institutions “Erkemai”, “Ertustik”, “Ailin”, was chosen as the social partner. Social partners in the specialty 0401000 "Librarianship" are three regional libraries, as the State Institution "Regional Scientific and Universal Library named after S.
